Hi! I have the challenge of running both the Boys & Girls Club and Girls Inc programs here in our small town of Medora Indiana.I absolutely love it and so do the kids. If it wasn't for Americorps the kids here would not have had the opportunity to enjoy these wonderful programs. They have faced many challenges this year and have grown and learned so much. They really wanted to take a field trip to the Louisville Zoo this summer but we could not afford it. If you would PLEASE vote for us, the prize money would go towards the BEST FIELD TRIP EVER! We could really use this prize money to better our program as well. Like most small town communities, money is tight around here. These kids are a wonderful group who are grateful for everything they receive! Americorps has changed the lives of many children down here already and we are so grateful! We LOVE Americorps!
