At Our City Forest, an AmeriCorps member is building a shade structure to house and protect young saplings as they await maturity. Once the trees are ready, they are planted in the city of San Jose, California and generations to come will be able to enjoy their beauty. As we look toward the future as to how these amazing trees will look, we think to ourselves: "It all starts here."
