AmeriCorps members Kaci Darsow and Rosie Crow stand with 115 pounds of cheese that they raised during an AmeriCorps week fundraiser. They were collecting cheese to be used at Maple Alley Inn, a free hot meal program. This event worked so well that Maple Alley Inn is still using cheese from the event and there are plans for it to become an annual fundraiser!
