Hats Off to AmeriCorps
Jaylah Dow, an AmeriCorps member, serving at AppleTree Educational Center, promotes positive social and emotional development for Elijah through 1-on-1 play. Children learn the majority of what they will learn in a lifetime before the age of 5, including how the world around them works. Elijah is learning the important art of interactive communication.
